Athlete First Petition

Over the past year, we have worked to
bring Skyline Conference athletes more media attention and more opportunities
to earn money while not being affiliated with the conference directly. Our goal
is now to partner directly with the conference itself to help bring the
conference into the NIL era.

Division I schools are working on
media and NIL deals that bring additional revenue back to the players, schools,
and conferences, while Division III conferences have fallen behind and often
rely solely on the subsidies provided by the NCAA.

The time is now. You can help bring
your conference to the next level by letting your conference officials and
school know that you want to see a new deal reached.

What we are offering will cost
absolutely nothing to the players, schools, or conference. It is simply an
opportunity to create more revenue and put more money into the pockets of the
athletes, schools, and conference.

Below, we are going to break down
what we are offering so you can get an idea of what this could look like.

Broadcasting

The Skyline Conference does not
currently have a strong broadcasting deal, which means there is limited ability
to sell advertising spots across the conference.

We are partnering with several
different AI companies to build a completely free video platform that will
livestream your games, save them for future viewing, and automatically create
highlight tapes for individual players and teams.

Our goal would be to offer the
majority of the profits generated through this platform back to the players,
schools, and conference.

Media

Along with broadcasting, the
conference does not currently have official media partners. As a result, this
often leaves already underpaid SIDs responsible for handling interviews, social
media, and other media responsibilities.

We want to conduct official
interviews with players and coaches, bringing more attention to the conference
while helping generate advertising revenue that players, schools, and the
conference can share in.

Player Experience

We want to create a more
player-friendly experience by bringing All-Star Games to the end of each
season. We also want to introduce featured games sponsored by companies,
charities, and individuals. These events would create additional revenue
opportunities that can be shared directly with the players, schools, and
conference.

Brand Licensing

Many athletes do not have a way to
purchase a replica of their jerseys or access affordable team and name-branded
clothing that is available year-round.

Many schools open temporary shops
where fans can purchase overpriced products, while the athletes themselves
receive none of the revenue.

We want to offer school-branded gear
featuring individual athletes' names, allowing those athletes to share in the
revenue generated from these products.

This would give athletes the ability
to customize their own gear while providing affordable options for their
families and friends to purchase.

Safe NIL Deals

We want to work with the schools and
the conference to ensure that players know they are joining a safe and
legitimate NIL program.

Instead of having players wait for
individual school approval every time they want to participate, we want the
schools and conference to review our NIL program in advance and give it their
approval.

That way, instead of going through
unnecessary back-and-forth, athletes could simply sign up to become a McGovern
Athlete in under two minutes and start earning money.

Conclusion

None of this costs you, your school,
or the conference any money. It is entirely a value-add.

By signing this petition, you are not
stating that you are a part of our business or formally endorsing our company.
You are simply informing your school and the conference that you would like
them to speak with us about these opportunities and hopefully help bring the
Skyline Conference into the future.

If you choose to sign, we are
extremely grateful for your support. If you have any ideas or suggestions,
please let us know. We want to build a company that continually improves the
college sports experience for athletes, schools, and fans.

Thank you,
