EVA PUENTES RETURNS LOOKING TO GET BACK ON TOP

University of Mount Saint Vincent junior forward Eva Puentes put together one of the most productive offensive seasons in the Skyline Conference in 2025, earning Skyline Conference Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Skyline honors. Puentes appeared in 20 games and made 17 starts, finishing the season with 16 goals, five assists and 37 points. She also recorded 56 shots, including 38 on goal, while playing 993 minutes. Her 16 goals and 37 points established her as one of the conference's premier offensive threats.

Puentes consistently delivered throughout the season, including a three-goal performance against CCNY on September 17, her season-high. She also scored twice against Manhattanville and twice against Purchase late in the regular season, reaching 15 goals before adding another in the Skyline Conference tournament.  With 16 goals in 20 appearances, 37 total points and a 67.9% shot-on-goal rate, Puentes finished her junior campaign as one of the most dangerous forwards in the conference and established herself as a major offensive force for Mount Saint Vincent.
