Abigail Chest has established herself as a key midfielder for the Farmingdale State Rams since arriving as a freshman in 2024. That season, she started every one of the team’s 23 games, logging 1,691 minutes while finishing with four goals and five assists for 13 points. Her production included two game-winning goals—one at Maritime and another against Merchant Marine—and earned her Second Team All-Skyline Conference honors as the only Ram to start every contest.
In her sophomore campaign in 2025, Chest again proved durable and productive, appearing in all 21 games and leading the team with four assists while ranking third in both goals (three) and points (10). She repeated as a Second Team All-Skyline selection, highlighted by a career-best two-goal, four-point performance in an 11-0 win over Yeshiva. Through two seasons, Chest has totaled seven goals, nine assists, and 23 points in 44 appearances, solidifying her role as a consistent two-way presence in the center of the field for Farmingdale State.
