USMMA vs Manhattanville-
USMMA remains perfect in conference play after defeating a very tough Manhattanville team 16-4. USMMA dominated much of the season and really showed how smothering their defense is today, they held Manhattanville to just 7 shots on goal, while also forcing 24 turnovers. Despite USMMA’s stellar defense Manhattanville did have some bright spots, Kathleen O’Mara led the team with 3 goals and 1 assist, followed by Kaci Pierce with 1 goal, while Mary Kopf spent most of the time in goal picking up 15 saves. For USMMA Grace Picozzi and Sarah Litz led the way with 5 goals each, followed by Leslie Wysong, Amber Fields and Reese Ripley with 1 goal each, while Wysong added 2 assists. USMMA is no doubt the favorite heading into the playoffs, they finished 8-0 in conference play.
