UMSV vs Maritime-
UMSV survives a second half come back from Maritime to hold onto victory 7-6. Maritime rallied all the way back in the fourth quarter to tie it up 6-6 after Mia Brandenstein’s goal, but in clutch fashion Isabelle Gurley scored the go-ahead goal with under two minutes to secure the victory for UMSV. UMSV was up 4-1 at half and looked primed to run away with it, but Maritime fought back in the second half, led by Paige Grider and Mia Brandenstein with 2 goals each, followed by Eva Garcia and Michelle Pecoraro with 1 goal each, Hannah Honor was in the net and she picked up 6 saves. UMSV was led by Nevaeh Martin with 3 goals and 1 assist, followed by Isabelle Gurley with 2 goals and 1 assist, then by Divana Carillo and Ella Meberg with 1 goal each, Makenna Reekie locked down in the net holding Maritime to just 6 goals while picking up 13 saves. UMSV now moves to 3-4 in conference play.
