Manhattanville picks up a big win on their senior day against Purchase 22-2. Manhattanville had it going right from the start as they managed to score 9 unanswered goals in the first quarter, which proved too much for Purchase to overcome. Manhattanville was led by senior Kaci Pierce who went off for 8 goals, followed by another senior Pietra Cabral with 5 goals and 3 assists, Lauren Mumaw, Jocelyn Mazo, Ashley Glass and senior Ava Wade all followed with 2 goals each, then senior Sydney Natale capped off the scoring with 1 goal. Manhattanville had 3 goalies play, Megan McDonald who spent the majority of the game in the net, then Maura Spruck and Mary Kopf split the rest of the time. Manhattanville now moves to 3-2 in conference play and seemed to have found their groove.
