FARMINGDALE WINS OVER OLD WESTBURY ON SENIOR DAY

 

Farmingdale vs Old Westbury-

            Farmingdale gets a win over SUNY Old Westbury in dominant fashion 19-2 on their senior day. Farmingdale controlled the game all the way through, they had 22 more shots on goal, while going 18-4 in draws. The story of the day is senior Molly Espey having a career day scoring 5 goals and picking up 5 assists, making this a senior day she will remember! Carly Livingston followed with 4 goals and 3 assist, then another senior Kailee Coppola had another stellar game with 3 goals and 4 assists, Rylee Valenzano with 2 goals, then senior Jordyn Neu also had 2 goals, followed by her fellow seniors Krystal Sulin, Emily Sohm and Shyann Parker with 1 goal each, while Sohm added 3 assists, Giavanna Stamatelo was in the net for the majority of the game picking up 2 saves and the win. This was also Farmingdale’s 3rd straight win, they now look to finish with 2 wins on the road before playoffs, many of these girls have great playoff experience, so look out for them going into the playoffs red hot.
