USMMA vs Farmingdale-
Farmingdale pulls off the impossible and win’s the championship over the undefeated USMMA team. Farmingdale snaps USMMA’s 10 game winning streak after fantastic goalie play, Giavanna Stamatelo locked down the net, she had 18 saves which allowed them to win the game. USMMA took 11 more shots on goal than Farmingdale, but Stamatelo locked in, on offense Farmingdale caught fire in the second quarter, they put up 4 goals giving them the lead, then from there they just managed to pull away enough to secure the win. Carly Livingston adds to her already impressive season by putting up 3 goals and 5 assists, leading Farmingdale over the top, she was followed by Kailee Coppola and Krystal Sulin who both had 2 goals and 1 assist, then Molly Espey, Jordyn Neu and Emily Sohm added 1 goal each. For USMMA Isabelle Perry and Lana Hayes led with 2 goals each, followed by Leslie Wysong with 1 goal and 3 assists, then Reese Ripley, Grace Picozzi and Sarah Litz with 1 goal each. Farmingdale started the game down, but managed to put together three strong quarters to seal the deal. These were clearly the best two teams and it was a great game the one everyone wanted to see. USMMA comes up just short of perfection. Farmingdale is now the Skyline Conference Champions!
