YESHIVA WINS OVER PURCHASE

Yeshiva vs Purchase-

            Yeshiva picks up their second conference win over Purchase. The game was back and forth all night with Yeshiva managing to pull out the victory with a fourth quarter come back win. Naomi Sigman led Yeshiva with a double-double, 17 points and 12 rebounds, she was followed by Tali Cohen with 12 points and 9 rebounds, followed by Fortune Hanan with a double-double, 11 points and 15 rebounds. Purchase struggled with ball security this game, they turned the ball over 29 times, which gave Yeshiva 20 easy points. Yeshiva seems to have found their groove, although it is late in the season they have proved they are much better than what their record says. Sigman is also making a great case for why she is one of the best players in the conference, she has been on a roll the past month leading her team in scoring and rebounding. Yeshiva moves to 2-16 in conference play as Purchase falls to 9-9.
