USMMA GETS THEIR REVENGE DFEATING MOUNT SAINT MARY'S

USMMA vs Mount Saint Mary’s-

            USMMA gets their revenge after losing in overtime to Mount Saint Mary’s earlier in the year; they came back tonight to get a huge conference win over them. USMMA has found their groove winning their sixth straight game. Rebounding proved to be a key factor in this game with USMMA out rebounding Mount Saint Mary’s 45 to 17. For USMMA their big three came to play yet again with Emily Grasseler leading the way with 27 points and 10 rebounds, followed by Carolae Barton who also double-doubled with 24 points and 14 rebounds, then lastly senior Hannah Ramsden had 16 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. USMMA was unbelievable on offense shooting 56% from the field, while also adding 22 points from the 12 steals they managed to get on defense. Mount Saint Mary’s was led by Reese Mayer and Brianna Guglielmo with 12 each. USMMA now sits solely in second place with a 14-2 conference record as Mount Saint Mary’s falls to 11-4.
