USMMA vs Farmingdale-
USMMA wins their fourth straight game after defeating Farmingdale 61-47 in a hard-fought bout. The story of the night is senior Hannah Ramsden becoming just the tenth player in program history to score 1,000 points, after she dropped 11 points tonight. She was followed by two player of the year candidates Emily Grasseler and Carolae Barton who both brought in double-double’s, Grasseler led the team with 20 points and 14 rebounds, followed by Barton with 16 points and 14 rebounds. USMMA locked down on defense to start holding Farmingdale to just 4 points in the first quarter, they tallied 6 steals which gave them an easy 15 points. On the glass they managed to get 18 second chance points. Farmingdale hung in there despite the slow start due to Shyann Parker and Mia Simmons who both ended the game with 12 points. USMMA now moves to 12-2 in conference play as Farmingdale falls to 7-7. Congrats to Hannah Ramsden on scoring 1,000 career points!
