St. Joseph's bests Farmingdale Behind Barone's Performance

            St. Joseph’s managed to pull off a major conference win against Farmingdale, winning the game 58-46. The game came down to defense and taking care of the ball, and St. Joseph’s limited their turnovers and held Farmingdale to just 25% shooting, while also forcing 20 turnovers. St. Joseph’s was also helped by another great performance by Madelyn Barone with 18 points and 7 rebounds, followed by Isabelle Lebron who continues to perform with 14 points. St. Joseph’s also managed to be a problem in the paint with 30 of their 58 points coming from inside the paint. Farmingdale was led by Emily Tsiforas with a double-double, 14 points and 10 rebounds, followed by Alexandria Walbroehl with 12 points and 8 rebounds. St. Joseph’s moves to 4-5 in conference play, while Farmingdale falls to 5-4.
