            Mount Saint Mary’s gets a big win over St. Joseph’s after coming out hot in the first quarter holding St. Joseph’s to just 7 points. Mount Saint Mary’s defense was suffocating to start the game and it held St. Joseph’s to just 33% shooting for the night, while also recording 8 steals. Brianna Guglielmo led Mount Saint Mary’s with 22 points and 8 rebounds, followed by Maggie Trinkaus and Reese Mayer with 10 points each, then off the bench Gabby Ziegenbalg gave them a big spark with 12 points. St. Joseph’s didn’t go down quietly though they rallied back in the second half making it a game, they were led by Emma Centrella with 16 points and 7 rebounds, followed by Mercedes Perez with 10 points, then off the bench Jasmine Chan- Clayton had 11 points. Mount Saint Mary’s now moves to 13-4 in conference play as St. Joseph’s falls to 5-12.
