Manhattanville picks up major win against Mount Saint Mary's behind Ramos's 25 points

Manhattanville vs Mount Saint Mary’s-

            Two of the conferences best teams faced off with Manhattanville just getting by Mount Saint Mary’s in an extremely tight game. Mount Saint Mary’s had the lead going into the fourth but Manhattanville’s defense stepped up and held them to just 11 fourth quarter points, Mount Saint Mary’s was led by Gabby Ziegenbalg who came off the bench and poured in 17 points, Sarah Cashin and Reese Mayer joined in with 12 points each and Brianna Guglielmo had a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Maggie Trinkaus had 5 points and 3 rebounds, but Manhattanville’s girls came to play led by Esther Ramos who had 25 points and 7 rebounds. She was followed by another good game from Gabby Tucker who had 16 points and 7 rebounds while Amanda Orlando scored 11 points. Manhattanville moves to the top of the Skyline with a 6-0 conference record as Mount Saint Mary’s moves to 4-2, expect both these teams to make serious runs in the Skyline Playoffs this season.
