Farmingdale's Defense Proves to be too much for UMSV

Farmingdale vs UMSV-

            Farmingdale managed to beat UMSV 65-53, Farmingdale was clicking on defense with 11 steals that led to 21 points off turnovers for the Farmingdale girls. Shyann parker and Brianna Amenta led the team with 12 points each, with Parker also adding 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Amenta came off the bench showing the depth that Farmingdale has. Alexandria Walbroehl adds to her impressive season with another double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds, she is on pace to have a record season. UMSV didn’t go down without a fight, Nailea Green added a double-double of her own putting up 15 points and 12 rebounds, followed by Angelina Escobinas who had 12 points. 18 Turnovers proved costly to UMSV handing Farmingdale 21 free points. In Skyline play Farmingdale moves to 3-3 and UMSV moves to 1-4.
