FARMINGDALE BESTS YESHIVA

Farmingdale vs St. Joseph’s-

            Farmingdale got the win over Yeshiva 77-56 after a stellar performance from Shyann Parker who had a double-double with 18 points and 14 rebounds. Farmingdale also locked down on defense, they forced 29 turnovers which resulted in 29 easy points. Brianna Amenta also showed up to play for Farmingdale with 12 points, followed by Emily Tsiforas and Anayah Lloyd with 11 points each. For Yeshiva Tali Cohen led them with 12 points, followed by their most consistent player Naomi Sigman with 12 points, then Ilana Schwartz and Fortune Hanan both had 10 points, while Hanan also brought in 12 rebounds. Farmingdale now moves to 10-7 in conference play as Yeshiva falls to 1-16. Farmingdale has proven they can compete with the best of the conference, but have played streaky thus far, lets see if they can get hot going into the final few games.
