MOUNT SAINT MARY'S WINS OVER PURCHASE

Mount Saint Mary’s vs Purchase-

          Mount Saint Mary’s defeated Purchase in a hard-fought game 5-3. The game came down to defense with both goalies recording 10 plus saves and each team having 20 plus turnovers. Mount Saint Mary’s just got more shots on goal which helped them pull out the win, they forced a few more turnovers and managed to keep the ball on Purchases side of the field most of the game, Kenny Leen was in the net for them, and he recorded 10 saves while only allowing 3 goals. On Offense for Mount Saint Mary’s Devin Lanzer led with 2 goals, followed by Brandon Pagano, Hayden Mitchell and Luke Dombroski with 1 goal each. Purchase was led by Chandler Redwood with 2 goals, then Ryan Haberski with 1 goal, but TJ Pasqualini was the reason they managed to stay in the game, he recorded 14 saves and held Mount Saint Mary’s to just 5 goals.
