Maritime gets a big win in conference play over Manhattanville in a tight game, 11-5. The first half was back and forth, with both teams heading into halftime with a chance to win being tied 4-4, but Maritime exploded in the third quarter putting up 5 goals which proved to be too much for Manhattanville to overcome. Maritime dominated the faceoff battle, going 16-4 which helped them keep the ball on Manhattanville’s side of the field. For Maritime Ryan Hannaford, Tyler Mahood and Peter Horstmann led with 3 goals each, they were followed by Nick Uzakewicz with 2 goals and 3 assists, Cristian Scaffaro was in the net and recorded 5 saves, while only allowing 1 goal in the second half.
