Manhattanville vs UMSV-
Manhattanville defeated UMSV in a playoff thriller 12-11. UMSV had more shots on goal and won the face off battle, but Manhattanville just managed to out last them. Manhattanville got off to a red-hot start going up 5-2 in the first quarter, UMSV battled back winning the next quarter which brought them right back into the game, but Manhattanville endured run after run and held on to the win. Manhattanville was saved by great goalie play, Joe Ulzheimer recorded 17 saves which gave Manhattanville the edge they needed to win, on offense Tyler Berch and Jack Roberts led the way with 3 goals each, followed by Jake Strobel with 2 goals, then by Frank Tallerico and Drew Palladino with 1 goal and 1 assist each, then Chris Marinaccio and Shea Madden added 1 goal each. For UMSV they fought extremely hard and had a chance to tie the game up with just seconds left in the 4th quarter, but they came up just short in their first playoff appearance in the Skyline Conference. Max Mills was in the net and he kept their hopes alive with 12 saves, then on offense Mattias Remes led the way with 4 goals, followed by Isaac Parsons with 2 goals and 2 assists, then by Chai Dunlap, Logan Charboneau, Nigel Walker, Jaylin Johnson and Sam Hall with 1 goal each. Manhattanville will now take on USMMA in the next round.
