YESHIVA REMAINS UNDEFEATED AFTER BEATING ST. JOSEPH'S

Yeshiva vs St. Joseph’s-

            Yeshiva remains undefeated in conference play after securing the victory against St. Joseph’s 76-47. Zevi Samet went absolutely off scoring 35 points, followed by Max Zakheim with 10 points and 5 rebounds. St. Joseph’s struggled shooting, they shot under 30% from both the field and three. Tayshaun Hawkins and Kenny Rodriguez were bright spots with Hawkins dropping 15 points and 6 rebounds, while Rodriguez had a solid 13 points and 6 rebounds. Yeshiva remains the clear number one in conference after beating Farmingdale last weekend they remain the only undefeated team in the conference, and Zevi Samet continues to look like the best player. Yeshiva’s overall record doesn’t show how good they have been, early in the year they chose to play the top teams in the country and that experience seems to be paying off for these players.
