Turnovers Cost USMMA Against Drew

            USMMA took on Drew in a non-conference game, USMMA came out slow and could never overcome that. USMMA was down 18 points going into the second half, but they found their groove in the second half winning 47-43, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the 18-point deficit. Jack Flannery led USMMA with a stellar 25 points and 9 rebounds, he was followed by Tim Barton with 17 points and 7 rebounds and Mason Lavergne with 13 points and 4 assists. Turnovers killed USMMA, they had 24 of them and that led to 34 points for Drew. Scoring has been an issue for USMMA this season, but they found points this game and surprisingly it was the defense that faltered, mostly because of the easy points the turnovers caused. USMMA falls to 3-6 overall.
