St. Josephs Falls to Hartwick

            St. Josephs continues its losing streak but seemed to find a groove offensively scoring 79 points. Turnovers are turning out to be a major problem for St. Joseph’s, against Hartwick they gave up the ball 21 times, it is very hard to win with that many give ups. Their defense was solid, not great but held its own, but the easy points off turnovers cost them. St. Joseph’s starters carried most of the scoring burden with Anthony Todd scoring 16 points and 5 rebounds, AJ Esposito bringing in 14 points and 7 rebounds, Kenny Rodriguez scoring 13 points and bringing in a team leading 8 rebounds and TayShaun Hawkins scoring 12 points. Off the bench St. Joseph’s got a great contribution from Jaiden Gaston who brought in 13 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Their play continues to improve, but their bench depth and turnovers seems to be the main problems. St. Joseph’s started Anthony Todd, AJ Esposito, Kenny Rodriguez, TayShaun Hawkins and Matthew Maxwell.
