St. Joseph's Falls to Drew Despite Solid Offensive Showing

            St. Joseph’s drops another game despite a solid offensive performance. Their defense just didn’t hold up giving up over 40 points in each half. Tayshaun Hawkins led the team with 20 points. Kenny Rodriguez and AJ Esposito both pulled in double-double’s as they tried to will St. Joseph’s to victory, Rodriguez had 16 points and 11 rebounds while Esposito brought in 12 points and 10 rebounds. Jaiden Gaston joined them with 16 points, but despite all these players the team’s defense just couldn’t hold up against Drew’s fast paced offense. St. Joseph’s is still searching for that first victory, but it looks like things are starting to really click offensively, 74 points will win most games in conference play they will just need to adjust defensively.
