St. Josephs vs William Paterson University-

            The St. Joseph Golden Eagles fell to William Paterson University Monday night 88-75. Their poor defensive first half cost them the game. Offensively the Golden Eagles were in mid-season form managing to put up 75 points. Tayshaun Hawkins led the team in scoring with 18 points, but A.J Esposito came in with a monster game putting up 17 points, 11 rebounds and 1 assist. 6 of Esposito’s 11 rebounds were on the offensive end, helping him on the boards was Anthony Todd who had an impressive 8 points and 7 rebounds. The Golden Eagles look to be a force this season if they can just sure up their defense. St. Joes started Tayshaun Hawkins, AJ Esposito, Kenny Rodriguez, Anthony Todd and Matthew Maxwell.

St. Josephs vs Stony Brook-

            This division 1 vs division 3 game proved to be a great opportunity for both teams to get minutes for players down the bench. St. Joseph’s managed to play nearly all of its players in this game. They had a few standouts, first being Jaiden Gaston who led the team with 12 points, he also managed to record 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Second, Erik Kubelka who scored 9 points in just 9 minutes of playing time, both these players came off the bench. AJ Esposito and Anthony Todd both had solid showings with Esposito bringing in 7 points and 5 rebounds, Todd had a solid 5 points and 4 rebounds.
