Purchase just could not get its offense rolling with only Trey Skeete and Ricky Rollins scoring in double figures, Purchase only managed to score 56 points their second lowest scoring performance this season. Their defense was on point managing to hold Salve Regina to just 62 points, Purchase had 15 steals but was not able to capitalize on it. Trey Skeete led the team with 10 points and 6 rebounds, and he was followed by Ricky Rollins who came off the bench to pour in 10 points also. Desmond Ward had 8 points and 5 rebounds while Antuan Darden had 7 points and 4 rebounds. Christ Hunter led the team with 8 rebounds while also having 3 assists and 6 points. Purchase falls to 2-5, but this win shows they can compete with Salve Regina being 6-1, Purchase very easily could have won this game. Look out for Purchase, if their offense can get hot it will be hard to beat them.
