Manhattanville vs Western Connecticut State-
Turnovers proved to be a problem for Manhattanville as they gave up the ball 21 times in their match against Western Connecticut State, as they lost after a solid first half lead. Despite the heroics of Andrew Saint-Louis who scored 34 points and brought in 6 rebounds, Manhattanville couldn’t hang on in the second half as they allowed 47 points many of which came off turnovers. Saint- Louis recently joined the 1,000 scorers club and kept that momentum into this game as he dominated on the offensive end. Isiah Middleton helped bringing in 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Other contributors included John Ranaghan who had 10 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists, Carlos Urena who had 6 points and 5 rebounds. All of Manhattanville’s scoring came from its starters, but one bright spot off the bench was Daniel Marinaccio who brought in 5 assists for the team. A disappointing loss no doubt after leading the game going into the second half, but they showed they can score with the best of teams. Manhattanville started Andrew Saint-Louis, Isiah Middleton, Chris Robinson, John Ranaghan, Carlos Urena.
