Our game of the week is SUNY Maritime vs Army
8:00pm at West Point, NY
Maritime continues its tradition of playing Army and will look to start off the season hot. Although it is unlikely they will win tonight they will look to get their new players accommodated to their system. Look for Jake Devaney to try and make a statement early in this game and set the tone for the rest of the season. Zion Williams will make his first appearance for Maritime, and it will be interesting to see how they include him in the offense. They will need him to have a big season if they are going to make a run at the Skyline Championship this season. Evan Block and Tyler Anderson will look to help the new players adapt to Maritime's playing style.
It will be interesting to see how Coach Barnes chooses to use his bench, usually in these games playing time is given down the bench.
These division 3 vs division 1 games are great for both sides and help grow the game and each team's fanbase.
