Farmingdale Bests Purchase to Remain Undefeated

Farmingdale vs Purchase-

            Farmingdale remains undefeated as they beat Purchase 83-61. Farmingdale had it going on offense with four players scoring double figures and their bench pouring in 32 points. Derek Reed dropped 17 points to lead Farmingdale, followed by Liam Buckley with 13 points and 7 rebounds, Kentrell Evans with 12 points and 8 rebounds, then off the bench Jordan Tucker with 13 points. Purchase was led by Sean Holzman off the bench with 17 points and 6 rebounds, followed by Trey Skeete with 10 points and 4 rebounds. Farmingdale’s defense proved to be key picking up 8 steals which led to 23 easy points for them on the other side. Farmingdale is now 7-0, while Purchase falls to 3-5. Farmingdale takes on the only other undefeated team in the conference this week in a finals rematch against Yeshiva so watch out for that one.
